SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping Policy Effective February 1, 2022

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Celie & Squeak. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

A. General Information

  1. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information.

  2. After your payment is authorized and verified, you will receive an email with an order number and confirmation of your order.

  3. Celie & Squeak does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

B. shipment processing times

  1. Processing time can take up to 10-14 business days. Once processed, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Celie & Squeak offers standard first-class shipping or priority mail. Shipping will occur within 15 days of the order date.

  2. During periods of a high volume of orders or other circumstances beyond our control such as supply chain issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone, or text.

C. shipping rates & delivery estimates

  1. All orders will be subject to shipping fee payable at checkout during each transaction. Celie & Squeak shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the items purchased. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Overnight delivery or rush delivery is not available

D. Shipment Territory and shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Celie & Squeak ships to addresses within the U.S., including Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

E. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Orders will be shipped via USPS for most orders. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

F. customs, duties, and taxes

Celie & Squeak is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

G. Damages

  1. In the event Customer receives a damaged product, Customer must notify Celie & Squeak within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. To report a damaged product, customer must send an email to kholi@celieandsqueak.com with the order number and a photograph of the product for verification. Once verified, Celie & Squeak may issue a full or partial refund of the purchase price at Celie & Squeak’s sole discretion. 

  2. For orders under one hundred dollars ($100), the customer may be given the option between a refund to the original form of payment or store credit to go towards a future purchase.   For orders totaling more than one-hundred dollars ($100), the customer will be issued a store credit towards a future purchase. All store credit will be issued via unique code to customer’s email address.

RETURN POLICIES

Return Policy Effective February 1, 2022

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Celie & Squeak. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

A. no Returns  

We appreciate the support of our business. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to make sure we correct the issue. Under certain circumstances Celie & Squeak may issue a refund to ensure your satisfaction with our company.   However, under no circumstances will we accept any returns.  We take great pride in making sure that each customer receives quality products and ensure that any item you order is correct.

B. Cancellations 

All sales are final upon completion of order by customer. 

C. Exchanges

Celie & Squeak may offer to exchange under the limited circumstance where Celie & Squeak erred in in some way in getting the item to the customer.

D. Issues upon delivery 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Customer must notify Celie & Squeak within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery via email to kholi@celieandsqueak.com with the order number and a photograph of the product for verification. Once verified, Celie &Squeak may issue a full or partial refund of the purchase price at Celie & Squeak’s sole discretion. 


E. Refunds

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by the Celie & Squeak.  Celie & Squeak is not responsible for any delays of refunds caused by financial and/or banking institutions.
